We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The School of Life Shop; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
