A guided journal for processing emotions

This is a journal to help us process our lives; to think more clearly about what we really want, what we are actually feeling and what might be holding us back from our goals. We’re given the space to observe what is going on in our minds and the encouragement to regularly analyse our thoughts with clarity and ease. This is a psychological tool to help us digest emotions and events – and over time, to establish the calm, mature and contented lives we deserve.

How to use this guided journal
